Driver Joining Form Cum Undertaking — Terms & Conditions

I hereby declare that I shall fully comply with the following rules and conditions prescribed by M/S Shakti Travels and Tours:

  1. I shall follow all lawful orders and instructions issued by the company and the department.
  2. I shall perform duty wherever, whenever, and in the manner required, as per rules.
  3. I shall remain punctual during duty and shall not leave duty without permission.
  4. I shall not consume alcohol or intoxicants, smoke, or engage in any indiscipline.
  5. I shall drive carefully and follow all traffic rules.
  6. I shall immediately inform the company of any accident, challan, damage, or other incident.
  7. I shall be responsible for the safety of all items in the vehicle, including RC, Insurance, PUC, FASTag, Stepney, Jack, Wheel Spanner, Tool Kit, First Aid Box, Fire Extinguisher, GPS (if fitted), keys, and other materials.
  8. Whenever I return the vehicle to the company, I shall return it in the same condition and with all items as when I received it.
  9. I shall be responsible for any shortage, breakage, damage, loss, or negligence relating to the vehicle or its accessories, and the company may recover the cost from my salary, payable dues, or security deposit.
  10. Without company permission, I shall not allow any other person to drive the vehicle.
  11. On company demand, I shall immediately return the vehicle, keys, and all documents.
  12. I shall not share confidential company or department information with any outsider.
  13. My driving licence shall remain valid. If it is suspended, cancelled, or expires, I shall inform the company immediately.
  14. If the company suffers any financial, legal, or administrative loss because of me, I shall be liable for the same.
  15. If I violate any rule or condition, the company may take disciplinary and legal action against me and may terminate my services immediately if required.

I certify that all information given in this form is true and correct. I have read and understood all the above terms and conditions, and I voluntarily agree to follow them.
